B737 Senior Flight Crew Instructor (Internal&External position)

SmartLynx Crew Training Department is looking for motivated and capable colleagues ready to join the Training Team in the role of B737 Senior Flight Crew Instructor.

• Coordinate B737 LTC, TRI and TRE training activities;
• Cooperate to create standardization programs for the LIFUS and for the Operator Conversion Course;
• Inform Chief Flight Crew Instructor about amendments or changes that are required to the course syllabus;
• Making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations;
• Keep familiar with the contents of Company regulations, instructions and policy, OM-D revisions;
• Collaborate at close contact with CRM Instructor and Crew Training Coordinator to improve non-technical skills during LIFUS and OPC.

If you hold:

• B737 current type rating;
• B737 TRI privileges for at least 1 year;

The following will add considerable values for the selection process:

• previous experience in management position of Training Department or ATO;
• current B737 TRE privilege.

And if you have:

• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• good CRM skills;
• basic IT knowledge of creating presentations in different tools and programs.
