A330 SFE/TRE

SmartLynx Crew Training Department is looking for motivated and capable colleagues ready to join the Training Team in the role of A330 SFE or TRE.

SmartLynx Airlines specializes in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and is an acknowledged ACMI, cargo, and charter provider in the EU on Airbus A320, A321, A330 and Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

In case of being successful on the recruitment process, please be aware that you will be asked to provide CRC before being assigned to training, so please make the necessary arrangements.

• Conduct OCC, OPC, LPC and Command Course simulator sessions;
• Familiarizing flight crew with the latest operational procedures;
• Making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations;
• Conduct ground training duties as allocated by the Crew Training Director as required;
• Fill the training and checking forms promptly on completion of the training or check.

If you hold:

• Current A330 EASA type rating;
• A330 TRE EASA privilege/certificate;
• Previous experience conducting Proficiency Checks and/or FSTD training sessions

and if you have:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good CRM skills;
• Friendly and open attitude towards people.

Candidates holding A330 Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) EASA privileges only will be taken into consideration as well.
