Our company, operating in the aviation sector, is looking for experienced and inexperienced team members to be employed as "Cabin Crew" for the 2024 season, who have the qualifications listed below.

General Qualifications:

• Must be a Turkish Citizen and have a Turkish passport,
• Resident in Antalya or able to reside,
• For experienced candidates, it should not have been more than 5 years since the last duty flight date and should have an Attestation (TES) certificate,
• In addition to a good command of English, preferably a good command of one of the European languages, primarily German, Italian, Dutch, and Polish,
• Preferably graduated from relevant associate's and/or bachelor's degree programs (Preferably Civil Aviation Cabin Services),
• No criminal record or archive record,
• No visible piercings, burns, scars, etc., when wearing the Cabin Crew uniform,
• For female candidates, a height range of at least 1.60 cm, for male candidates, a height range of at least 1.70 cm, (Height should be proportional to weight),
• No flight duty hindrance in terms of health, (A Fit to Fly report approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation approved Hospitals will be requested before starting the training),
• Completed Covid-19 vaccination to avoid any issues during flights,
• For male candidates, completed military service or at least 1 year deferred.

• Positive, cheerful, strong communication skills, successful in interpersonal relationship,
• Problem-solving skills, open to learning,
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• Able to swim.

Information about the Interview Process

• Your applications will be evaluated based on compliance with the job posting criteria.
• Before applying, please pay attention to the details regarding the position qualifications mentioned above.
• In the first stage of the interview, verbal and written foreign language proficiency exams will be applied. Successful candidates will be invited to the board interview.
• Our board interviews will be held at our central office in Antalya.
• Height-weight measurements and document checks will be carried out before the interview.
• Foreign language proficiency will be mainly assessed during the interviews.
• Candidates who are successful in the selection process will undergo a health check-up at hospitals authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation within the scope of Aviation Health Instruction (SHT-MED) before starting work.
